As a Sales Floor Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing your team to maximise sales potential and exceed customer expectations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Ensuring the sales process is effectively delivered and maintaining high standards of customer service through regular coaching.
