We are looking for a talented and ambitious Digital Designer to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will help bring the American Golf brand to life across our digital channels, creating engaging, high-quality creative that enhances customer experience and supports commercial performance. Working closely with the Design Lead and key stakeholders across the business, you will create campaign assets, promotional content, and brand-led creative for web, email, social, and app channels. You will play a key role in ensuring our digital presence remains visually compelling, commercially effective, and consistently on brand.

With a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling, you will take projects from concept through to delivery, helping to create best-in-class digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

  • Create engaging digital creative assets across web, email, social, and app channels.
  • Design promotional banners, campaign graphics, email assets, branded content, and digital advertising creative.
  • Execute creative briefs from concept through to final delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the ongoing development and consistency of the American Golf digital design language and brand identity.
  • Refresh homepage content, campaign landing pages, promotional assets, and website creative to support trading and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute new ideas and creative thinking, staying up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Produce motion graphics and animated content where appropriate, taking creative concepts through to polished, export-ready assets.

Collaboration & Process

  • Work closely with the Design Lead and stakeholders across eCommerce, Marketing, and the wider business to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings, creative reviews, and workload planning sessions.
  • Maintain organised filing structures, asset management processes, and version control standards.
  • Support the wider design team across campaigns, projects, and seasonal trading activity.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Strong creative flair with the ability to produce polished, high-quality digital assets.
  • Experience creating digital content such as banners, campaign assets, social media graphics, email creative, or digital advertising.
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, messaging hierarchy, and visual communication.
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animated content.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high creative standards.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
  • Organised and methodical approach to asset management, project delivery, and administration.
  • A passion for creative design and a desire to continuously develop your skills.
  • At least one year of design experience, ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Desirable

  • Experience using, or an interest in, AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
  • Understanding of UX and UI design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Interest in digital marketing, brand development, and campaign creative.
