We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Safety team. In this role, you will work closely with leaders across the business, shaping culture, driving people initiatives, and supporting our teams to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, and HR policies.
- Manage employee relations cases and support organisational change processes such as TUPE, restructures, and redundancies.
- Coach and develop line managers, building leadership capability across the business.
- Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives to support internal career progression.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, embedding inclusive practices into everyday operations.
- Deliver training to managers on HR policies, performance management, and leadership.
- Lead HR projects that contribute to the overall people strategy.
- Provide on-site support to store teams, acting as a visible and approachable HR partner.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a People or HR Business Partner, or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong expertise in employment law, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Experienced in coaching managers and embedding performance management practices.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation projects.
- Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with experience delivering relevant initiatives.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to support store teams as required.
