About The Role

As a Sales Floor Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing your team to maximise sales potential and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Ensure the sales process is effectively delivered and maintain high standards of customer service through regular coaching.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on golf trends and competitor activities to suggest proactive business strategies.
  • Operations Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, analyse store data, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Health & Safety Commitment: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while promoting a positive health and safety culture.
  • Leadership: Motivate and coach your team, assist in recruitment, and conduct effective training and performance reviews.

  • Retail and Sales Skills: Previous experience in retail or sales, especially in customer service roles, with a friendly, professional approach.
