We are seeking a dedicated Range Assistant to join our team at the Wythall site. As a Range Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our range facility. This position requires flexibility as you will be expected to work weekends, early mornings, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an adequate supply of balls in the machine for uninterrupted practice sessions.
  • Ensure range mats are turned weekly, and range tees are available on all range mats.
  • Keep the driving range free of litter and regularly collect empty baskets from bays.
  • Square tables and chairs on the driving range for customer convenience.
  • Log and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in unplugging range balls during winter months and manually collect range balls using push collectors when necessary.
  • Operate machinery to collect and wash range balls efficiently.
  • Utilize mowers and hand tools for cutting and maintaining the grassed short game area.
  • Engage in general landscaping work to enhance the overall appearance of the facility.
