As a Ranger, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our golf range, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practice.

Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks focused on the upkeep and improvement of our facilities, providing a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for our customers and staff.

Key

Responsibilities: Plan and oversee the maintenance of the driving range, including turf and equipment.

Operate and maintain irrigation and drainage systems effectively.

Manage weed, pest, and disease control to ensure the health of our golfing environment.

Maintain car park, driveway, paths, and walkways to the highest standards.

Regularly report on the golf course's condition.

Promote environmental sustainability and best practices.

Supervise turf maintenance, ensuring a pristine playing surface.

Oversee the preparation and maintenance of machinery for use and storage.

Ensure the availability of products necessary for maintenance.

Lead waste/debris clearance and general site cleanliness.

Champion health, safety, and security measures, conducting risk assessments and promoting awareness among staff and golfers.

Liaise with staff, management, and golfers to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Conduct regular safety checks and cooperate with government inspectors and HR to uphold safety standards.

The

Candidate: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a golfing environment.

Strong communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating with team members and management.

A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of work and safety.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to conduct risk assessments.
