We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Greenkeeper to join our team at Barnehurst Golf Course. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our course, supporting the Head Greenkeeper, and ensuring our facilities deliver an exceptional experience for every golfer.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Cut greens, tees, fairways, and rough to maintain playing surfaces.
- Carry out routine maintenance such as verti-draining and hollow coring.
- Maintain bunkers to a high standard.
- Blow and sweep greens and tees to ensure presentation.
- Support upkeep of the driving range outfield, including grass maintenance and ball collection.
- Assist with general daily upkeep of the course and surrounding areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent standards across the course throughout the year.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in greenkeeping or grounds maintenance.
- NVQ Level 2 in Greenkeeping (or equivalent qualification) desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and following health and safety practices.
