To help us do that, we\’re looking for a highly capable and detail-driven Fraud Investigation Manager to join our Profit Protection team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of investigations across our retail, leisure, eCommerce, and logistics operations, helping safeguard our business from fraud and unethical activity.

How You\’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead and support fraud investigations across all areas of the business – including eCommerce, retail stores, suppliers, and third-party logistics
  • Monitor suspicious activity, analyse high-risk transactions, and investigate chargebacks and refund claims
  • Liaise with law enforcement and build clear, comprehensive case files to support potential prosecutions
  • Collaborate with key departments to strengthen fraud prevention processes and drive improvements
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and risk trends through data analysis and reporting
  • Manage courier claims and investigate parcel loss or damage reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies – including audits of staff discount usage and credit applications
  • Support strategic projects aligned with our Profit Protection roadmap

What You\’ll Bring:

  • Experience conducting investigations within a retail, commercial, or eCommerce environment
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention within digital and physical retail environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant fraud investigation tools
