To help us get there, we’re looking for a highly capable and confident Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Board of Directors. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of our leadership team, ensuring the seamless execution of high-level operations and projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, including managing diaries, meetings, and travel
  • Prepare and produce clear, professional documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate meetings and events, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
  • Support other company Directors with travel bookings and expense processing
  • Screen and handle communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain filing and data systems, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience supporting senior executives or board-level leaders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Confident communication and strong relationship-building skills
