This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of our golf and hospitality operations. You\’ll lead from the front, inspiring the Food & Beverage team, delivering high service standards, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

How You\’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team, ensuring high standards of service and team performance.
  • Support the Site Manager in delivering business plans and achieving revenue and cost efficiency targets.
  • Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, stock management, and financial reporting.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule staff effectively, balancing service quality with budgetary control.
  • Deliver excellent hospitality across all areas – from casual dining to events and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Introduce new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.

What You\’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality management.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, margins, and stock.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • A hands-on approach to operations and team management.
  • Solid understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A Personal Licence is highly desirable.
