This is an exciting time to join us, as American Golf is investing in a significant programme of course improvements including greens, tees, and bunker renovations beginning this year.

You’ll be part of the team helping to deliver this next chapter for Barnehurst.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our course, supporting the Head Greenkeeper, and ensuring our facilities deliver an exceptional experience for every golfer.

  • How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Cut greens, tees, fairways, and rough to maintain playing surfaces.
  • Carry out routine maintenance such as verti-draining and hollow coring.
  • Maintain bunkers to a high standard.
  • Blow and sweep greens and tees to ensure presentation.
  • Support upkeep of the driving range outfield, including grass maintenance and ball collection.
  • Assist with general daily upkeep of the course and surrounding areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent standards across the course throughout the year.
