At American Golf we are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Photographer & Videographer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will help bring the American Golf and ILB brands to life through compelling visual content that engages customers, strengthens brand awareness, and supports commercial performance.
Working alongside our creative and marketing teams, you will be responsible for planning, capturing, and editing high-quality photography across a wide range of campaigns, product launches, retail activity, and social content. You will also support videography projects, helping to create dynamic content that enhances our digital presence and delivers a best-in-class brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality photography for campaigns, product launches, and brand activity across both third-party and own-brand products.
- Support video shoots and content capture across campaign, retail, and social media activity.
- Capture content across a variety of environments including studio, retail stores, and on-location shoots.
- Edit and produce photography assets for use across social media, websites, email marketing, paid media, and in-store POS.
- Assist with video editing and post-production for social and campaign content, occasionally leading smaller video projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing and wider business teams to develop creative concepts, content plans, and shot lists.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and commercial priorities.
- Support post-production workflows including image retouching, colour correction, and basic video editing.
- Maintain photography and videography equipment and help manage the content studio environment.
- Stay up to date with content, photography, videography, and social media trends to continuously evolve creative output.
- Support fast-turnaround content requirements for seasonal, promotional, and reactive campaigns.
- Organise and maintain a structured library of visual assets for ongoing business use.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in photography, ideally within a retail, sports, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment.
- Supporting experience in videography and video production.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative vision and commercially effective content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, visual storytelling, and content creation best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Knowledge of social media formats, platform requirements, and emerging content trends.
- Interest in TikTok, Instagram, and evolving social-first content strategies.
