About the Role: As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing your team to maximise sales potential and exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve: Sales and Customer Service: Ensuring the sales process is effectively delivered and maintaining high standards of customer service through regular coaching. Market Awareness: Staying updated on golf trends and competitor activities to suggest proactive business strategies. Operations Management: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, analysing store data, and driving operational efficiency. Health & Safety Commitment: Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while promoting a positive health and safety culture. Leadership: Motivating and coaching your team, assisting in recruitment, and conducting effective training and performance reviews.
