b Overview /b p In this role you will support the global strategy and delivery of digital capabilities for Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Total Rewards. You’ll translate roadmaps into clear requirements and work with cross-functional partners to drive impactful improvements. You will help maintain backlogs, support releases, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely, value-driven delivery. This position sits within Colleague Product Management, backing the colleague experience across the enterprise. You’ll collaborate on modernizing HR technology and integrations to enable better people outcomes. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans /li li Analyze HR processes and data to identify issues and opportunities for simplification /li li Maintain product backlogs and documentation to support prioritization /li li Support releases, enhancements, and integrations across Oracle HCM and related platforms /li li Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog refinement and delivery tracking /li li Foster partnerships with Product Management, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Technology, Finance, and Risk /li li Align business and technology partners to enable successful product delivery /li li Ensure product controls, governance, and data quality across Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits platforms /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience gathering requirements, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintaining product documentation /li li Experience supporting product management, product ownership, or enterprise technology delivery /li li Knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, Total Rewards, or related HR processes /li li Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and Jira, with strong cross-functional communication /li li Collaborative, curious, and comfortable in a complex, matrixed environment /li /ul ul li collaborative /li li curious /li li strong cross-functional communication /li li Oracle HCM (Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Core HR) /li li Agile methodologies /li li Jira /li /ul
