  • Support the representation of Loyalty Modernization in governance forums outside of Global Loyalty & Benefits (e.g., enterprise forums).
  • Facilitate risk tracking/escalations and manage reporting of risks, action items, dependencies, decisions, etc. to completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive successful product launches and support ongoing operations.
  • Identify process bottlenecks/pain points and continuously improve the ways of working across project governance efforts.
  • Create and maintain operations and process documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of program management experience, or 5+ years of focus on technology transformations with experience reporting directly to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp execution focus—able to align long-term vision with near-term delivery.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to craft executive level materials (e.g., communications and presentations).
  • Strong O365 skillset (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Deep appreciation for controls, compliance, and risk frameworks in a highly regulated environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
