We support the delivery and operations of technology, digital, and data capabilities, platforms, and services globally.

Specifically, our team is responsible for the company’s technology engineering, architecture, and infrastructure, providing 24x7 support to ensure an uninterrupted, high-quality experience for customers and colleagues.

We also provide product management for core enterprise platforms, and lead technology risk and information security, enterprise data governance and platforms, digital product and design, and enterprise AI platforms on behalf of the company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and product-focused Senior Manager - Delivery Management, to join the ICRST team.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Business, translating strategic priorities into scalable, customer-centric technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.

As a Senior Manager - Delivery Management, you will play a critical role in bringing product strategy to life.

You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative capabilities that solve customer problems and achieve business outcomes.

You will lead multiple Agile delivery teams, ensuring execution remains aligned to product priorities, customer needs, and organizational objectives while maintaining speed, quality, and predictability.

The successful candidate will combine strong delivery leadership, technical acumen, and strategic thinking to drive outcomes in a complex global environment.

They will champion a product-led mindset, helping teams focus not only on execution, but on delivering the right outcomes, maximizing customer value, and continuously improving the products and experiences we create.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple Agile teams and workstreams.
  • Translate product strategy, business objectives, and customer needs into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Managers to support prioritization, roadmap execution, value realization, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, resource plans, and delivery commitments across cross-functional teams.
  • Drive delivery predictability while ensuring teams remain focused on customer value, business outcomes, and product priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
  • Use data, automation, and AI-enabled delivery capabilities to improve transparency, productivity, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Champion Agile delivery practices, modern engineering principles, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Product & Delivery Leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in technology delivery, delivery management, program management, product delivery, or a related technology leadership role.
  • Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric products and capabilities that achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead multiple technology delivery teams across complex, cross-functional initiatives in a product-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development principles, including customer value, outcome-driven delivery, prioritization, roadmap execution, and value realization.
  • Translate product vision, strategy, and business objectives into actionable delivery plans and successful technology outcomes.
  • Balance strategic priorities, customer needs, technical considerations, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage delivery roadmaps, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and resource plans while maintaining alignment to product priorities and business value.
  • Technical Delivery & Engineering
  • Strong understanding of application design, software development lifecycles, testing strategies, release management, and deployment processes.
  • Work with distributed systems, multi-tier architectures, APIs, middleware platforms, and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices including Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, observability, test automation, and continuous delivery.
  • Oversee automated, functional, integration, and performance testing activities.
  • Knowledge of RESTful services, API integrations, enterprise platforms, and cloud-based technology solutions.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Architecture teams to balance technical excellence, delivery predictability, and product outcomes.
  • Agile, Product Delivery & Operational Excellence
  • Experience applying Agile product delivery methodologies and best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, user story development, backlog prioritization and management, sprint planning, release planning, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Work within product operating models where teams are organized around products, customer journeys, or business capabilities.
  • Drive delivery predictability, team effectiveness, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on customer and business outcomes.
  • Leverage data, metrics, and delivery insights to improve execution, product adoption, and value realization.
  • AI-Enabled Delivery & Transformation
  • Experience leading technology organizations through the adoption of AI-enabled delivery tooling, workflow automation, engineering productivity solutions, or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience implementing AI-assisted reporting, forecasting, resource planning, capacity management, delivery insights, or productivity optimization capabilities.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and their application across product development, software delivery, engineering productivity, and operational processes.
  • Experience using data-driven insights, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve delivery performance, team productivity, quality, and decision-making.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for AI-enabled efficiencies while ensuring appropriate governance, risk management, controls, and responsible use practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading global product and technology delivery programs across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of modern product operating models, cloud technologies, platform modernization, and AI-enabled delivery practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and developing delivery leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience building trusted partnerships across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, and Business organizations.
  • Ability to communicate product outcomes, delivery performance, risks, financials, dependencies, and strategic recommendations to executive audiences.
