We are seeking a motivated and highly organised RCSA Project Manager to support the delivery of our Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities within the International Card Services (ICS) business. This role will play a key part in the successful execution of the RCSA programme across multiple business processes, ensuring that each process is assessed, documented, and challenged in line with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
The Project Manager will work closely with process owners, control managers, risk leads, and second line stakeholders to ensure that timelines are met, deliverables are of high quality, and stakeholder input is captured throughout the process. As process mapping activities conclude, the Project Manager will oversee the transition into RCSA delivery, tracking progress, removing blockers, and coordinating across multiple teams to ensure alignment and timely completion.
This is a dynamic role requiring someone who is confident managing multiple priorities, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and has strong project delivery and communication skills. Familiarity with risk and control frameworks is advantageous, and we’re looking for someone with an organised mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to driving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver strong project management
- Able to build process maps that show good controls
- Pivot priorities when required
- Plan and monitor related project progress against timelines, milestones and deliverables providing regular updates to key stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings to drive forward activities, tracking risks, issues and actions effectively
- Create compelling and impactful PowerPoints to deliver results and information to leadership to support decision making and overall strategy
- Partnering closely with Risk & Controls teams to drive robust end to end processes, identifying opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders throughout ICS
- Translate complex processes and information into simple & articulate messages for multiple audiences
- Knowledge of process mapping through the lens of risk and controls
- Able to manage priorities in an ever-changing environment
- Resilient to change and ambiguity
- Proven experience supporting projects with ability to influence and drive change
- Ability to develop detailed project and execution plans (tasks, dependencies, timelines, etc)
- Strong skills using Microsoft Visio
- Ability to excel when faced with ambiguity in a matrixed, fast paced environment and utilise change management principles to drive results
- Proven ability at taking initiative whilst identifying and managing competing priorities to pivot across multiple tasks
- A self-starter with excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills and critical thinking
