b Overview /b p In this role you will own and maintain the ICS Compliance Program framework within the first line of defence Governance Control team. You will design and document central program infrastructure, including SOPs, training curricula, and program reporting. The role focuses on building usable tools and playbooks for cross-market teams to manage regulatory risk consistently. You will drive awareness, capability building, and continuous improvement to strengthen compliance ownership across the business. This is a strategic, design-and-implement program management position with a global reach. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Own the ICS Compliance Program framework documentation and maintenance /li li Define and standardise compliance risk metrics and program-level reporting /li li Translate policies into first-line procedures, playbooks, and practical guidance /li li Develop role-based regulatory awareness curricula and training materials /li li Establish communities of practice to connect cross-jurisdictional teams /li li Identify and drive improvements to procedures, reporting, and training /li li Support regulatory change impact assessments and central documentation updates /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, controls, audit, legal, governance, or regulatory change in financial services or a regulated environment /li li Ability to analyze requirements and explain complex topics clearly to business stakeholders /li li Strong written communication for procedures, guidance, and reporting /li li Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work to deadlines /li li Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment /li /ul ul li Clear written communication /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li Attention to detail /li li Regulatory risk concepts /li li Compliance program design and governance /li li Policy, procedure, and playbook development /li /ul
