The Email Loyalty & Enablement team manages customer communications through email. It brings together channel expertise, product management, new product development, and marketing enablement to deliver effective, trusted, and engaging email experiences. Its work spans email deliverability, sender reputation, new product capabilities, internal user enablement, and marketing and servicing communication standards.
Задачи:
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal partners to support key initiatives and deliverables
- Help scope and develop new email products and capabilities
- Research emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in email marketing and identify potential opportunities
- Support email template development and related initiatives
- Support the planning and facilitation of email marketing training sessions
- Create, update, and maintain product documentation
- Develop agile skills and see a project area through from start to finish
- Support an email technology feature through its lifecycle, including stakeholder management, refinement, sprint planning, and delivery
- Depending on interest, support discovery, solutioning, and publication of an internal white paper

- Graduation date in 2028
- Communicate ideas clearly, effectively, and empathetically
- Build strong relationships and work effectively across teams
- Show enthusiasm for digital products, technology, and learning new skills
- Be proactive and curious when exploring ambiguous challenges, asking thoughtful questions, and identifying potential solutions
- Be data-driven and detail-oriented, with an interest in using insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Be eligible to work for American Express in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not available
