How will you make an impact in this role?
The Program Manager of Tech Workforce Strategy and Planning will own and manage relationships with a set of senior ETS leaders and their Chief of Staff and partner with teams including ETS Portfolio and ETS Finance. This role will manage the leaders' workforce strategy, driving a regular cadence of meetings to discuss insights and trending around items such as contractor/colleague ratios, location growth, and progress towards Early Careers Program (our graduate hire program) global placements. The Program Manager enables this through:
- Deepening existing relationships with the SLT and their direct reports through effective workforce strategy management and providing a service that supports their organizational needs.
- Supporting the enablement of best-in-class self-service tools to enable modelling of the workforce and automated dashboard reporting for our partners.
- Partnership with teams across ETS to manage a systematic end-to-end process to analyze, forecast, and plan the workforce.
- Deriving meaningful insights from internal data sources and external benchmarking.
- Identifying solutions and driving talent recommendations based on senior leader needs.
- Collaborating effectively with partners such as Finance and our Colleague Experience Group and building key relationships to identify and manage dependencies.
- Managing outcomes by managing the details, sequencing, and preparing for meetings and events thoughtfully to drive outcomes efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytics experience is essential with the ability to draw conclusions and make inferences from the data.
- Ability to utilize industry trends and make meaningful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills required.
- Experience with senior stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in either Technology or Consulting or closely partnering with Technology is a plus.
- Strategic Workforce Planning experience and/or experience with people strategy or talent management interventions is preferred.
- Highly organized with experience running large scale programs.
- Understanding of Agile and/or Portfolio practices.
