We’re looking for a strategic, innovative Director of International Learning & Transformation to shape how we build capability, lead change, and use insights to drive performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive learning, development, and transformation strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Establish and manage the operating model, governance, and prioritization framework for initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, including experienced people leaders.
- Design and deliver scalable, role‑based learning programs using modern, digital, and experiential approaches.
- Lead end‑to‑end change management strategies to drive adoption and sustained behavioral change.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess effectiveness and ROI of initiatives.
- Translate data and feedback into actionable insights to continuously improve outcomes.
- Evaluate and implement learning technologies and tools to enhance engagement and scalability.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor on learning and transformation.
- Bring external best practices and innovative approaches to evolve strategies and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in learning & development, organizational effectiveness, change management, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record of leading teams, including developing people leaders.
- Experience delivering large‑scale learning or transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or scaling learning and development programs in complex organizations.
- Background in instructional design, organizational development, or behavioral science.
- Experience with learning technologies.
- Change management or coaching certification.
- Experience in financial services or matrixed environments.
- Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master’s).
