We’re looking for a strategic, innovative Director of International Learning & Transformation to shape how we build capability, lead change, and use insights to drive performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive learning, development, and transformation strategy aligned to business priorities.
  • Establish and manage the operating model, governance, and prioritization framework for initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, including experienced people leaders.
  • Design and deliver scalable, role‑based learning programs using modern, digital, and experiential approaches.
  • Lead end‑to‑end change management strategies to drive adoption and sustained behavioral change.
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess effectiveness and ROI of initiatives.
  • Translate data and feedback into actionable insights to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Evaluate and implement learning technologies and tools to enhance engagement and scalability.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor on learning and transformation.
  • Bring external best practices and innovative approaches to evolve strategies and capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in learning & development, organizational effectiveness, change management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, including developing people leaders.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale learning or transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling learning and development programs in complex organizations.
  • Background in instructional design, organizational development, or behavioral science.
  • Experience with learning technologies.
  • Change management or coaching certification.
  • Experience in financial services or matrixed environments.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master’s).
