The Director of Continuous Learning & Career Development leads learning & development capabilities for Enterprise Technology Services (ETS)βowning the strategy, execution, and evolution of learning programs that build future-ready skills and meaningful career pathways for technologists. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent & Enablement, the leader manages a team of talent professionals and partners closely with the Technology Colleague Experience Group (CEG) and enterprise stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven learning experiences that align to business priorities and colleague needs.
How will you make an impact in this role
- Own and evolve the ETS learning and career development strategy, ensuring strong alignment to enterprise talent priorities and future skill needs.
- Govern and continuously improve core talent platforms and frameworks including the Tech Career Framework, ETS Skills Hub, and in-band promotion processes.
- Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Learning Experience Design & Delivery
- Design and lead enterprise-impact learning initiatives, including:
- Skills-based learning paths (technical, specialized, digital product & design leadership, etc.)
- Speaker series focused on applied real-world case studies.
- Cohort-based learning pilots that drive accountability, mentorship, and skill application.
- Career enhancement programs (e.g., CAREER fwd 5 learning campaigns).
- Oversee learning tool strategy and vendor management (e.g., Pluralsight, O'Reilly), including compliance, GenAI approvals, and platform integration.
- Drive integration of learning platforms into Oracle HCM, improving accessibility, enrollment, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain a learning metrics dashboard to track engagement, adoption, sentiment, and business impact.
- Use data and colleague insights to continuously refine programs and prioritize investment.
- Clearly communicate outcomes and value to senior stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of learning and talent professionals.
- Build trusted partnerships across ETS, CEG, and colleague networks.
- Act as a thought partner and consultant to leaders on learning skills and career development.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in talent learning & development or other people-centered strategy with demonstrated enterprise-scale impact.
- Proven experience leading teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics, measuring impact, and adjusting strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable learning experiences aligned to evolving skill needs.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
- Strong leadership presence with a track record of building trust, clarity, and accountability.

- Experience working with learning platform vendors and HR systems.
