As a Product Associate, you’ll report to the Product Owner of Ecosystem Health Monitoring (EHM). EHM is a monitoring solution that ingests data from multiple Systems of Records (SORs) and presents this information to our end-users in the form of real-time dashboards, alerts, and reporting. This information is then used to play a crucial role in maximising AXP marketing income by streamlining campaign setup efficiency, speeding up time-to-market, and minimising revenue loss through real-time issue detection.
You’ll be instrumental in providing monitoring, control, and reporting capabilities for prioritised marketing execution processes:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to establish clear and measurable outcomes and key results (OKRs) with a customer-centric focus.
- Work alongside the Product Owner to develop a well-defined product roadmap that takes into account impacts and dependencies.
- Partner with customers and engineering teams to ensure roadmaps incorporate partner demand solutions and ongoing product enhancements.
- Engage extensively with customers to identify needs, opportunities, gaps, and potential solutions.
- Demonstrate your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support the execution of the roadmap using agile product development practices.
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage and optimise our incident and production support, as well as prioritisation processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in agile product management, roadmap development, with a strong technical background.
- Proven adaptability to changing priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences across Business and Technical teams.
- Self-starter qualities with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A natural inclination to challenge the status quo and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience with Splunk and proficiency in Microsoft Office (desired).
- Educated to degree level is desirable.
