American Express Global Recruitment Operations is a key function within Colleague Servicing, responsible for program oversight to the end-to-end recruitment function, delivering and providing service in the areas of Background Verification, I-9 Administration, Post-Offer administration, recruiter, leader and applicant servicing, compliance and governance. Within the servicing space, the Recruitment Operations Specialist - EMEA will join a team of SMEs across the EMEA region who are responsible for providing subject matter expertise on a broad range of administrative and operational support that is critical to the candidate and/or colleague experience and life cycle.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Provide a broad range of administrative and operation support that is critical to the candidate and/or colleague experience & life cycle.
- Assist with ensuring a seamless post-offer & onboarding experience for candidates, Hiring Leaders & Recruiters.
- Offer & Contract Process for EMEA markets with a primary focus on France.
- Pre-hire & onboarding activities (i.e initiating background verification, initiating onboarding process, Day 1 support) to both candidate & hiring leaders.
- Non-requisition related administrative tasks (i.e contract addendums and amendments).
- Identify changes related to offer process and policy documentation as required, including standard forms and email templates.
- Provide timely updates to internal & external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance in all activities.
- Scanning and uploading supporting documentation, and maintaining digital data in a compliant and timely manner.
- Monitor emails and shared mailboxes utilising additional identified tools to support timely responses or escalations as required.
- Support Recruitment Operations activities in other EMEA locations as needed.
- Referral Payout Administration activities for EMEA.
- Contribute to ad hoc CEG projects of interest.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates and internal partners.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to problem solve.
- Ability to perform administrative activities (e.g. document management).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional fluency in Italian or Spanish advantageous.
- Preferred experience in Recruitment Operations administration, HR administration, and/or high-volume administrative activities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo.
