Amex GBT is a place where colleagues find inspiration in travel as a force for good and – through their work – can make an impact on our industry. We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued.

As Senior Product Enablement Manager, you'll own the story of what Product is doing, why it matters, and how it connects to the bigger picture. You'll run the channels, forums, and moments that keep our P&E community informed and energized, and you'll help our commercial colleagues talk confidently about what we're building.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role covering maternity leave, and a strong opportunity for someone who likes turning strategy into clear, well-told stories — and bringing people along for the ride.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape the Product narrative, run and evolve our trusted communication channels — including the monthly newsletter, the P&E Hub on the Lounge, and the moments that bring us together.
  • Co-own the agenda for monthly townhalls with Product & Engineering Solutions and Marketplace leaders, keep a steady drumbeat of messaging that connects product work to company vision, and translate technical wins into business value people across the company can understand and celebrate.
  • Build community through knowledge sharing, keep our peer-to-peer forums thriving — including our monthly peer review sessions and the AI Forum, where colleagues sign up to share best practice or get advice from people doing similar work.
  • Run a best-in-class onboarding program, maintain and continuously refine the functional onboarding experience for new joiners to the Product organization, so everyone lands well and gets up to speed quickly.
  • Partner on strategic change, work with leaders across the business to scope change moments inside key strategic initiatives, advise on the best way to land updates with P&E teams, and turn complex strategy into clear, actionable insight.
  • Connect product progress to commercial impact, partner with NPI to deliver our monthly Product Pulse sessions for Commercial teams — turning technical updates into messaging colleagues can use with clients and prospects.
  • Drive attendance to our 180- and 90-day roadmap sessions, and keep the Lounge hub a go-to source for what's shipping and what's next.

You will sit at the centre of a wide network, partnering closely with:

  • Product & Engineering teams, including leadership
  • Planning & Performance
  • NPI (New Product Introduction)
  • Change Delivery
  • Commercial Enablement
  • Global Internal Communications
What we're looking for
  • Strong instincts for strategic communication and narrative development — you know how to find the story and tell it well
  • Experience with change management and bringing organizations along through transition
  • Confident cross-functional stakeholder engagement, especially at senior levels
  • The ability to translate complex technical information for very different audiences, from engineers to commercial sellers
  • People leadership experience preferred
