The team's responsibilities include data integration supporting customers and internal business areas, as well as ML platform development. We are seeking a talented individual with a diverse skill set—a passionate technologist dedicated to solving real-world business problems; to lead the excellence of Data/ML engineering practice.
What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

Partner with technologists across the business to collaboratively solve problems.

Mentor and identify rising talent within the team.

Develop a clear vision for the domain they focus on.

Demonstrate positive impact and leadership across the organization.

Architect design solutions for various use cases, considering business and application needs, and communicate effectively with teams and partners.

Master software design principles, shaping scalable, resilient, and stable coding methodologies.

Possess a deep understanding of the entire system, capable of contributing across components.

Apply professional software engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Collaborate with key partners and contribute expertise to develop unique solutions to complex issues.

Have good infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Kubernetes).

Experience with Data (BI, Reporting, Analytics, Machine Learning) is a plus.
What We’re Looking For

2 to 3 years for Bachelor's or equivalent / for Master's

Development background, infrastructure (AWS) knowledge, Data awareness

Experience in data modeling, schema design, data access patterns (API, streaming, data lake), and AWS

Familiarity with cloud technologies and building data products supporting batch and real-time DS, ML, and Deep Learning applications.

Ability to design and communicate architecture for data products.

Understanding of testing and monitoring tools and technologies.

Guide others in designing testable and observable software.

Contribute to product vision.

Proficiency in Java/Python and SQL.

Experience with Sagemaker or similar tools, feature stores, dashboards.

Basic knowledge of LLM, guardrails, observability, RAG.
