Commercial Enablement is the team that ensures our commercial colleagues have the knowledge, resources and support to support transformational change. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement PMO and delivery lead, to support the strategic execution of a large change management program impacting over 2K customers and 100s of Account Managers. You will act as a key enabler, orchestrating program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and ensure timely execution against program key milestones. In this role, you will also support program delivery by supporting communications and stakeholder briefings ensuring our commercial enablement team and stakeholders are aligned, informed, and empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

  • Lead the Commercial Enablement (CE) plan to enable a large change management program.
  • Ensure the enablement program is aligned to overall commercial priorities and timelines and provide status updates via stand ups and Smartsheet reports.
  • Act as the project lead within the enablement team ensuring teams are aligned to the program objectives and are delivering against agreed timelines. Ensure risks are tracked.
  • Represent CE on key project calls and execute against requirements including supporting field briefings and communications.
  • Support the tactical delivery of communications and execution of the plan by supporting briefings and communications.
  • Ensure successful delivery and execution according to major milestones.
  • Create and plan stakeholder updates to ensure alignment and address concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and escalations, facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of project management experience. Formal PMO experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing commercial or business enablement programs in a matrixed organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in program leadership and delivery with strong execution management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to drive internal alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive experience creating stakeholder briefings and executive communications.
  • Communication and influence skills – ability to craft compelling messages and communicate effectively across all levels including internal and client messaging.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills – expertise in delivering engaging briefings and leading stakeholder sessions.
  • Delivery execution excellence – strong capability to drive program execution, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
