What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
- Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts
- Ensures reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
- Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation
- Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi-destination issues, ticket exchanges and complex fares
- Assignments include both routine and non-routine work
- May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background
- Experience in travel support roles preferred
- English fluent – written and spoken
- 2nd language a plus
- Diligent to ensure high level of accuracy
- Basic MS Office
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Good travel industry knowledge
- Skilled in GDS – Sabre preferred
