What You'll Do:- Contract Analysis & Execution
- Manage vendor intake, onboarding, and scoping discussions
- Coordinate contract reviews and feedback across stakeholders, Vendor Relationship Managers (VRMs), and vendors
- Prepare contract documentation and execution packages
- Maintain contract repositories and supporting files
- Analyze pricing and commercial terms
- Project Management Support
- Track vendor engagement timelines and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional communications relating to the Strategic Sourcing program
- Assist with RFx setup and management
- Support escalation resolution and stakeholder inquiries
- Operational Excellence
- Analyze vendor performance, contract metrics, and cost savings opportunities
- Document sourcing initiatives and business impact
- Support vendor validation and onboarding activities
- Contribute to process improvements and Responsible Sourcing initiatives
- Corporate Services: BPO, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Professional Services
- Product, Platform & Technology: Software, Hardware, SaaS, Infrastructure, Applications
- Sourcing Center of Excellence: Process optimization, analytics, program communications
- Bachelor's Degree (in progress or completed) in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel and data organization
- Ability to work effectively in remote/hybrid environments
- Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic setting
- Procurement, supply chain, or contract management experience is preferred
- Understanding of commercial negotiations or vendor management
- Project management tool experience
