As a hiring manager nestled in the vibrant heart of Paris, I’m passionate about cultivating exceptional customer experiences and nurturing the professional growth of our talented team members. I’m looking for an account manager to lead the partnership with a global multinational client. Are you someone who thrives outside the comfort zone? What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

  • Ensure end to end health of your customer
  • Build business plan and engage stakeholders to achieve customer’s travel program goals
  • Deliver compelling and data driven presentations to drive adoption, grow revenue and retention
  • Lead internal peers to execute strategic initiatives
  • Serve as the voice of customers internally
  • Handle customer issues effectively
  • Provide periodic reviews to internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in travel or SaaS industry
  • Strong business acumen to keep a balance of customer satisfaction and business profitability
  • Ability to create strategic vision, build action plans, set goals
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value proposition knowledge in a variety of contexts
  • Excellent organizational skills of multitasking, advance planning, and time management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment including managing across multiple geographies, functions & time zones
  • Ability to proactively build and maintain a comprehensive network, both internally and externally, to successfully navigate through internal and client organizations
