NEW DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

Just finished CDL school? Here is what you need to know:

  • Valid Class A CDL required to enter the program
  • Minimum 120 hours of driving completed in trucking school
  • Training runs OTR for 4 to 6 weeks alongside a mentor
  • Paid $650.00 per week for the entire training period
  • 6-month experience requirement does not apply to trainees

REQUIREMENTS

  • 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
  • 6 months verifiable experience — waived for training program participants
  • No DOT preventable accidents or major accidents
  • Any DOT preventable accident within the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification
  • No more than 2 preventable incidents total
  • No safety-related terminations from previous employment
  • Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test
  • No DUI in a commercial vehicle within the last 5 years
