The American Creativity Academy is seeking dedicated and student-centered Elementary and KG2 Teachers to join our international school community for the 2026–2027 academic year. The American Creativity Academy is an IB World School, accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Middle States Association (MSA). Our curriculum is based on American Core Standards, with a strong emphasis on creativity, character development, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction aligned with the American curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Differentiating instruction to meet students’ diverse needs, abilities, and interests
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Communicate effectively with parents and participate in parent conferences
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events
- Supervise students during class, recess, and school activities
- Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school committees

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood, Elementary, or related field)
- Valid teaching license/certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Preferred 1–2 years of teaching experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong knowledge of teaching strategies and child development
- Experience with international, IB, or American curriculum is an advantage
Salary and Benefits
- Tax-free salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month
