What You’ll Do
- Lead Site Operations: Manage day‑to‑day activities, ensuring projects progress safely, efficiently, and in line with programme.
- Drive Quality: Oversee workmanship and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality and client expectations.
- Champion Health & Safety: Enforce GRAHAM’s robust procedures and promote a strong safety culture on site.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Build effective relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Solve Problems: Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and maintain project momentum through proactive solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the interior fit‑out sector.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and manage on‑site teams.
- Solid understanding of construction methodology and fit‑out sequencing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A meticulous approach, ensuring exceptional quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent hands‑on experience.
Desirable
- Experience with CAT A & CAT B fit‑outs.
- Background in retail, commercial or refurbishment projects.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in fast‑track environments.
