Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) communications at the University of Lincoln.
- Provide essential operational support for CRM and email marketing activity that contributes to student recruitment, conversion, and engagement.
- Assist with campaign setup and scheduling, prepare and check data, support automated workflows, and carry out quality assurance checks to ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand and data protection standards.
- Monitor campaign performance, maintain records, and support reporting and analysis, working closely with colleagues across the wider university.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Ideal for someone early in their marketing career who has an interest in CRM, data-driven communications, and campaign delivery.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, good IT skills, and an understanding of GDPR and data handling.
