The Verification Coordinator is responsible for providing intermediate level technical and data support (both collection and management) by performing routine duties as assigned and will work under the direct supervision of the Verification Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Creates and maintains databases and records for the Verification Department.
- Maintains a log of all Verification related correspondence.
- Maintains comprehensive filing systems for the Verification Department.
- Supports Verification staff of the Department as required regarding project tracking, logging, filing, or responding to client requests.
- Maintains graphics for the Verification Department.
- Provides day-to-day assistance and testing of Verification Department software solutions.
- Responsible for maintaining the Verification Department library.
- Assists in the coordination of Verification work scopes and attendances.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum GCSEs / National (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- A recognised qualification in IT / Business Administration would be desirable.
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role is essential.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to learn new IT applications and software in support of the Verification Department.
- Experience and/or qualifications in a similar role.
- Ability to learn and understand established procedures and practices.
- Ability to understand routine business concepts and instructions.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Familiar with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.
- Must be organised, systematic, and thorough in their work.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and work to deadlines.
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite of tools, including Office.
- Must hold a valid right to work in the UK status.
Reporting Relationships:
Reports to Verification Manager or above.
