- Partner with delivery and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff from pre-sales to execution, including solution walkthroughs, resourcing assumptions, and risk/issue identification.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with clients during early project phases to validate that delivered approaches meet expectations and adjust solution design as needed.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative sales conversations - eliciting requirements, framing business problems, and crafting compelling AI solution narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI and data platforms and tools (e.g., Azure AI / OpenAI, AWS AI/ML services, Google Vertex AI, Python-based ML ecosystems) sufficient to credibly validate solution feasibility.
- Solid understanding of data management for AI, including data quality, metadata, taxonomies/ontologies, tagging of unstructured content, and implications for model performance and governance.
- Experience designing AI solutions for process optimization, knowledge management (policies/procedures), and decision support in enterprise environments.
- Strong written communication skills for authoring proposals, SOWs, solution overviews, and client-facing documentation that clearly articulate value, scope, and risk.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with a history of working alongside sales, delivery, and product/COE teams to align on client needs and solution direction.
