Define learning objectives, target learner profiles, modalities (e.g., classroom, virtual, eLearning, blended, microlearning), and assessment strategies for each program. Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in adult learning and instructional design. Collaborate with the build team (instructional designers, developers, and multimedia specialists) to ensure design intent is implemented according to design and meets target release timelines.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of instructors, facilitators, and technical SMEs.
  • Program Evaluation, Quality, and Continuous Improvement — Define KPIs and evaluation plans for training programs, including learner feedback, assessment results, on-the-job performance indicators, and client satisfaction. Regularly review program effectiveness, learner outcomes, and client feedback to recommend improvements in content, structure, modality, and delivery. Ensure timely updates to programs to reflect regulatory changes, new industry standards, and emerging technologies or practices.
