Verification Coordinator is responsible for providing intermediate level technical and data support (both collection and management of) by performing routine duties as assigned and will work under direct supervision of the Verification Manager.
What You Will Do
- Creates and maintains databases and records for Verification Department.
- Maintains log of all Verification related correspondence.
- Maintains comprehensive filing systems for Verification Department.
- Supports Verification staff of the Department as required regarding project tracking, logging, filing, or responding to client requests, etc.
- Maintains graphics for Verification Department.
- Provides day-to-day assistance and testing of Verification Department software solutions.
- Responsible for maintaining Verification Department library.
- Assists in the coordination of Verification work scopes and attendances.
What You Will Need
- Minimum 5 GCSE's / National 5 (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- A recognized qualification in IT / Business Administration would be desirable.
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role is essential.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to learn new IT applications and software in support of Verification Department.
- Experience and/or qualifications in a similar role.
- Ability to learn and understand established procedures and practices.
- Ability to understand routine business concepts and instructions.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Familiar with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.
- Must be organized, systematic and thorough in your work.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and work to deadlines.
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite of tools, including Office365.
- Must hold a valid right to work in the UK status.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to Verification Manager or above.
