Position Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you are the first face customers see.
You greet customers, provide expert advice on products and services, help them find the right solutions, maintain store displays, manage stock, apply screen protectors, and assist with device check‑ins and hand‑overs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions and provide expert advice on accessories, refurbished phones, and services.
- Drive sales by helping customers find solutions, hitting sales targets, and supporting promotional events.
- Maintain store displays, manage stock, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and aligned with i Smash brand.
- Apply screen protectors, complete basic phone cleaning, and assist with device check‑ins and hand‑overs.
- Submit daily standards reports, track sales, and co‑sign returns to the warehouse.
- Handle transactions, follow up with customers, and ensure every interaction is positive.
