Salary: £24,968.39 per annum + benefits.

Work hours: Mon – Fri 9:00‑17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in filing motor claims via phone or the in‑house system The Connection.
  • Receive calls from dealers and submit claims on behalf of warranty holders.
  • Collect failure details and, using provided information and terms & conditions, decide to accept or reject claims.
