Responsibilities
- Be the first face of i
Smash: greet customers, answer questions, and provide expert advice on accessories, refurbished phones, and services.
- Drive sales: help customers find the right solutions, meet sales targets, and support promotional events.
- Maintain store displays, manage stock, and keep the shop clean and tidy in line with the i Smash brand.
- Support the tech team: apply screen protectors, perform basic phone cleaning, and assist with device check‑ins and hand‑overs.
- Submit daily store reports, track sales, and co‑sign returns to the warehouse.
- Handle transactions, follow up with customers, and ensure every interaction is positive.
