Support the plant’s Financial Controlling activity, acting as a key business partner. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability analysis and performance reporting and provide clear insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Job Description:
- Prepare and analyze monthly plant performance reports, highlighting variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting, validating, and analyzing financial and operational data.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, including labor, material, scrap, overhead, and inventory-related expenses, and identify trends or deviations.
- Perform variance analyses to understand the drivers behind financial and operational performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Track and report key plant KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, inventory, scrap, and cost performance indicators.
- Support inventory management activities by analyzing inventory levels, inventory valuation, and stock movements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with company policies.
- Partner with operational departments to improve cost transparency and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and business cases to support operational improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and investment decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting quality, and operational performance.
Required Skills and Education:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, Cost Accounting, or a comparable finance role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing finance principles, including product costing, inventory valuation, and operational performance measurement.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and communicate findings in a clear and structured manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a detail-oriented and organized working style.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and other functions.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and financial reporting tools; experience with Oracle, HFM and/or business intelligence applications advantageous.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, including data analysis, reporting and financial modeling.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
