Responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of our largest TMC agency partners in the UK/PAN EU, and key corporate customers. This role is responsible for identifying revenue opportunities and delivering revenue and share growth for the AJB, while raising the awareness of the AA brand, in the UK and wider EMEA region. You will work closely with our Skyview-based Global Agency team and our JB partners across the region. This role is also responsible for managing all aspects of sales, strategy, & engagements for these TMCs. Also, this role will be responsible for analysis and providing data/account reviews on a regular basis for each TMC and corporate customer, jointly with partners.
What you’ll do
- To implement and account manage our largest Agency agreements in the UK/PAN EU, collaboratively with partners and head office global agency team to enhance our position overall with the TMCs.
- To focus on strong analytics on the TMC performance and identifying areas of opportunity.
- To identify and develop new revenue opportunities within these TMC partners & corporate portfolio.
- To focus on driving new business/revenues by leveraging our network and position in the global marketplace, developing broad, senior relationships throughout the customer base and AA.
- To identify SME business & successfully implement and promote within our TMC customers.
- To conduct partnership performance reviews & corporate QBRs to ensure targets are being met.
- To deliver high impact presentations and reviews to senior management level agency & corporate customers.
- To identify and participate in targeted customer and community events.
- To prioritize time on revenue opportunities & account performance to maximize results.
- To understand the competitive landscape and work with AJB stakeholders to ensure AJB products and agreements are competitive.
- To work collaboratively with all key stakeholders within AA and across our JB partners.
- To maintain expertise in both AA and alliance products and services, including oneworld and JB partners (British Airways, Iberia and Finnair).
- Tailor the market offering to meet specific account needs.
- To conduct discussions with customers to understand their view and increase mutual value.
- To update AA Saleshub with all Account planners & activities for all customers within the portfolio.
