  • Staying on top of trends and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the team
  • Collaborating with teams across the business (sales, operations, design) to support wider business goals
  • Supporting wider campaigns such as podcast launches, competitions, and brand activations
  • Monitoring website performance and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or content‑focused role
  • A degree in the relevant field or significant professional experience

  • Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging, on‑brand content
  • Strong copywriting skills across social, email, and web
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva and social media scheduling platforms
  • Basic design and/or video editing skills (e.g. reels, short‑form video)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Data‑driven mindset, with experience analysing performance and making improvements
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Proactive, self‑starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Understanding of wider digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, PPC) is a plus
  • Passionate about the summer camp industry (experience is a bonus, not essential)

We cannot offer visa sponsorship and you must be able to work in the UK.
