Waiter/waitress Restaurant Mareida showcases dishes and wines from Chile, and featuring dishes found from the Pacific coast to the Andes mountains. The restaurant has achieved a Michelin star recognition less than one year from opening and is entering an exciting new phase that is positioning itself in Londons gastronomic scene, including a series of guest chef collaborations.
