Mareida has been founded by Prenay Agarwal to showcase Chilean cuisine in London following his time spent in the country and his love and passion for the food there. To that end, we are bringing in Head Chef Trinidad Vial Della Maggiora to lead the kitchen who is, in turn supported by Chef Carolina Bazan. Bazan is very well known and respected having been voted Latin Americas Best Female Chef.
