The Training Support Administration role provides essential coordination and administrative assistance to ensure the effective delivery of construction activities within a regulated environment. Working closely with the Construction, Administration, and Training teams, the role will ensure that personnel meet regulatory and project-specific competency standards, and that all training records are accurate, up to date and compliant.
As a Training Support Administrator your responsibilities could include:
- Assisting with the coordination and tracking of training, competence and SQEP requirements.
- Design and develop training Matrixes.
- Coordinating schedules, managing logistics, tracking participant progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Ensure communication between trainers and participants, handle administrative tasks, and update training materials as needed.
- Manage Training Matrixes.
- Ensure auditable trail.
- Communicate with the relevant departments ensuring all training is kept up to date.
