  • Define, own and execute the International IT strategy and roadmap, aligned to the global CIO strategy, enterprise architecture standards and Energy & Environment business priorities.
  • Be accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of IT services, covering both business‑as‑usual operations and the IT transformation portfolio across all service towers, including Service Desk, Cyber Security, End User Computing, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networks, Automation, Data, Architecture and PMO.
  • Ensure secure, resilient and compliant IT services across all International geographies, meeting regulatory, contractual and accreditation requirements in highly regulated environments such as Energy, Nuclear, Defence and Government services.
  • Act as the senior IT escalation point for International business leadership, managing major incidents, service risks and complex operational challenges.
