The Learning Technology Support role provides practical, day-to-day support for the digital learning environment and academy. Reporting to the Head of Organisation & People, the role supports the Learning & Technology Specialist in delivering, maintaining, and improving learning platforms, content, and workflows, ensuring employees can easily access and use learning to build capability and performance.

Key Accountability Areas
- Learning Platform & Content Support - Support the setup, maintenance, and organisation of learning content within the digital learning platform. Assist with uploading, updating, and testing learning materials and pathways. Help ensure content is easy to find, accurate, and presented in line with standards.
- Workflow Mapping & Process Support - Map learning workflows across the business workflow (e.g. service delivery, technical capability, business enabling, growth). Document how learning processes work and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or duplication. Support the implementation of improved learning and people workflows within systems and tools.
- User & Operational Support - Provide first-level support to employees and managers using learning systems. Assist with access, troubleshooting, and navigation of learning platforms. Track and escalate issues to the Learning & Technology Specialist as required.
- Data, Reporting & Quality Control - Maintain accurate learning records, completions, and user data. Support reporting on learning activity, compliance, and engagement. Carry out quality checks on learning content and system set-up.
- Continuous Improvement & Team Support - Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, workflows, and user experience. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the digital learning environment. Support the wider Organisation & People team with learning-related activities as required.
