Following a recent transition from Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to Deltek Costpoint, Amentum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Manager for Deltek Costpoint. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of Costpoint recovery, integration and automation roadmap, and will report to the VP of Finance. Hybrid working with both UK and international travel is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure trial balance integrity and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable revenue recognition across a complex project portfolio.
  • Improve efficiencies to enable timely and accurate cash collection.
  • Manage time booking, cost allocation, and project cost controls.
  • Optimize procure-to-pay processes.
  • Coordinate with US-based corporate Costpoint and IT teams.
  • Engage with Poland-based Global Delivery Organisation (GDO).
  • Maintain close working relationships with UK-based finance and integration teams.
  • Coordinate with external Deltek Costpoint and system integration specialists.
  • Lead stabilisation and improvement initiatives across global teams.
  • Drive end-to-end Costpoint recovery and integration programmes.
  • Oversee cost controlling and reporting for complex global projects.

  • Comfortable operating at both a system configuration level and strategic programme level.
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi‑stakeholder transformation programmes for global delivery teams (UK, US, offshore).
  • Experience managing internal teams, external partners and corporate stakeholders.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems with HR systems (e.g., Workday), workflow/AP systems (e.g., OnBase) and project controls/reporting tools (e.g., OnPoint, P6).
  • Knowledge of automation (RPA/workflow) and AI use cases in finance/project environments.
  • Delivery focus and accountability mindset.
  • Ability to operate in complex environments with a pragmatic, decisive, outcome‑oriented approach.
  • Credible with senior leadership and technical teams.
